VOLTAPE INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED operates the Mahjong Solitaire: Real Cash application (the "Service").

1.5 Combination of collections - We may link or combine the personal information We collect about you and the information We collect automatically. This allows us to provide you with a personalized experience regardless of how you interact with us.

1.6 Anonymization - We may anonymize and/or aggregate any of the personal information We collect (so that it does not directly identify you). We may use anonymized information for purposes that include testing our IT systems, research, data analysis, improving Our Service, and developing new products and features. We may also share such information with others.

Please note that financial data may be kept for up to 10 years to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing policies.

2.1 Personal information sharing - In addition to the recipients listed in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2, We may also share your personal information with the following (as required in accordance with the uses set out in Appendices 1 and 2):

  • Service providers and advisors: We may share your personal information with third-party vendors and other service providers that perform services for us or on our behalf, which may include providing mailing, email, chat services, payment services, identification verification services, fraud prevention, web hosting, or providing analytic services;
  • Third parties through technology integrated with Our Service: We may collect certain personal information through software provided by our partners, such as third-party analytics services which We integrate into Our Service. This software may collect data that relates to tracking, installations, and downloads on the device you use by collecting mobile identifiers, such as the ID for Advertising for iOS (IDFA). These partners may have access to the personal information collected in this way in order to maintain this software and provide us with services, such as calculating usage analytics in relation to the Service;
  • Affiliates: Other companies owned by or under common ownership as ESPORT NEWCO SAS, including our subsidiaries (i.e., any organization We own or control) and our ultimate holding company (i.e., any organization that owns or controls us), and any subsidiaries it owns. These companies will use your personal information in the same way as We can under this Privacy Policy;
  • Purchasers and third parties in connection with a business transaction: your personal information may be disclosed to third parties in connection with a transaction, such as a merger, sale of assets or shares, reorganization, financing, change of control, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business;
  • Law enforcement, regulators, auditors, and other parties for legal reasons: We may share your personal information with third parties as required by law or if We reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (i) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; (ii) detect and investigate illegal activities and breaches of agreements, including our Terms of Use; and/or (iii) exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of VOLTAPE INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, its Affiliates, its ultimate holding company, its users or others.

    INFORMATION

    3.1 Security - We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, change, or damage. These measures include notably encryption, access control, and back-ups.All personal information We collect will be stored on secure servers.

    3.2 International Transfers of your Personal Information - The personal information We collect may be transferred to and stored in countries outside of the jurisdiction you are in where We and our third-party service providers have operations. If you are located in the European Union ("EU"), your personal information may be processed outside of the EU including in the United States.

Please note that if VOLTAPE INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED does not sell the personal information of its users, We may share it with third parties such as analytics and advertising companies in order to improve and personalize your experience and adapt the content and ads of Our Service. Withdrawing your consent will allow you to block the collection of data for these purposes and will de facto prevent the sharing of information with our analytics and/or advertising partners.

    5.6 Right to restriction - You have the right, in some circumstances, to require us to limit the purposes for which We process your personal information if the continued processing of the personal information in this way is not justified, such as where the accuracy of the personal information is contested by you.

    5.7 Right to objection - You have a right to object to any processing based on our legitimate interests where there are grounds relating to your particular situation. There may be compelling reasons for continuing to process your personal information, and We will assess and inform you if that is the case. You can object to marketing activities for any reason.

    5.8 Right to opt-out - “Sale" means making personal information available to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, and “Share" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary consideration. We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we may “Share" personal information — such as device identifiers, approximate location, and interaction data — with advertising and analytics partners to provide you with personalized advertising and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. You have the right to submit a request to opt-out of the Sale or Share of your Personal Data, and of our machine-based profile segmentation. After you opt-out, we may continue disclosing data to our partners to help us perform business-related functions such as, but not limited to, providing our Service, and ensuring that our Service is working correctly and securely.

    5.9 Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information – You may request that we limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation, government ID documents, or financial account information) to purposes authorized by law.
